Jon offered Kate a peace offering of roses, to hopefully continue the divorce in a more civil manner, in which she declined.

The continuous updates on the couple is getting old and annoying to read. The most important part of the whole situation should be about the eight children they have together, which there are rarely any stories about.

There are many couples that divorce, with children, that do not end up together and Jon and Kate are the top priority why? The three men looked tired, restless and at the same time happy to have some food to finally eat. They were suprisingly surrounded by pigs and squatting in the dirt and had tools surrounding them as well. This shows the way they were treated like animals, and the hardships they had to enjoy food in these internment camps. The story portrayed on the wall of vignettes were entricate and detailed to depict the events within the Japanese internment camps. Many vignettes stood out, but I was amazed by how these men were eating with the pigs out of their own helmets.

IMHO

The infamous balloon boy and his family are gaining media attention when sheriffs discover that the operation was a hoax to get on television.

According to Reuters, "the parents of 6-year-old Falcon Heene will likely face four charges in the bizarre incident."

The parents of the boy, Richard and Mayumi Heene, are actors and were desperate to get on television, risking their son's life in doing so.

Luckily, Falcon Heene was later found safe hiding at the family's home, but gained more suspicion as to why he was hiding at his own home and not in the homemade air balloon.

Richard and Mayumi Heene say they were going to come forward to avoid getting arrested in front of their children, but their irresponsible stunt deters from their intentions of caring for their children.

A question to ask is "Why did the parents choose their youngest son to be the victim of their search for fame?" The couple also have two other boys, 8 and 10.

The two boys were also known to be apart of the hoax, but are too young to press charges, according to investigators.

The fact that an airport had to be shut down and the National Guard became involved in attempt to safely rescue the boy shows that this was not the way to gain fifteen minutes of fame.

The parents of the boy should be seriously studied and questioned as to whether they deserve parental rights to their children.

The most bizarre and unbelievable part of it all was that the family's lawyer stated that the incident was "a nightmare" to the parents. The only nightmare the family had was the fact that this will not make it to a reality show.

According to the story, Falcon Heene seemed traumatized by the event when he began vomiting on television interviews. This shows that the boy obviously did not understand the meaning of him being flown away.

The funniest part of it all is that the family is getting their fifteen minutes of fame, but the parents' faces will not be on a television billboard, but a mug shot.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20091019/ts_nm/us_usa_aircraft

Word of the Week 7

1. incursions
2. From then on, formal questions became apart of the interview.

Before moving on to the next question, Gross remembers to give the listeners a picture to refer to such as descriptions of the colors used in the film and the sounds the characters make. This allows the audience to remain engaged in the conversation.

From this interview, I learned that questions can be answered without formally asking them. I also learned that the most important component of an interview, and in all works, is to remember to deliver to your audience and get the point across clearly. So I sat at the bar top and watched from afar as one of the men makes his attempt at the ladies.

The women, however, already anticipated his move and rolled their eyes at each other before he even took his third step towards them. "What are you ladies doing tonight?" are the words he chooses for his lead. From then on, the rejection just kept getting worse that my senses wandered elsewhere.

In my sight was a sloppy drunk birthday girl in one corner trying to figure out if the door opens inward or outward to get to the balcony, while her boyfriend is getting more than friendly with a mutual friend of theirs.

The smell of pizza, seafood and my not too strong Tokyo tea filled my sense of smell as the cold glass slightly began to numb my fingertips from taking too long to drink.

The Sonoma Chicken Coup seemed to be just another night out full of the smell of the alcoholic breaths of men getting too close to try and "get to know you," the taste of happy hour, the feel of my cold glass and the sight of the everyday deception of once faithful couples. I cannot wait until what a Friday night brings.

Campus News Story

Hundreds of students were evacuated on Monday when the fire alarms went off in the King Library.
Fire trucks, and campus police investigated and surrounded the area for safety precautions as students waited in curiosity outside.
"I was on the computer and all of a sudden the lights started flashing and people started leaving, so I left too" said Paul Sarria, a student at SJSU.
Not too long after, the public and students were let back in the facilities when it was reported that it was a false alarm.
It is still unknown as to who pulled the alarm or why.

1. I'm thinking now of when Stradlater got back from his date with Jane. I mean I can't remember exactly what I was doing when I heard his goddam stupid footsteps coming down the corridor. I probably was still looking out the window, but I swear I can't remember. I was so damn worried, that's why. When I really worry about something, I don't just fool around. I even have to go to the bathroom when I worry about something. Only, I don't go. I'm too worried to go. I don't want to interrupt my worrying to go. If you knew Stradlater, you'd have been worried too "(40).

The Catcher In The Rye by J.D. I loved the character's sarcasm and the ease of the reading, but at the same time felt like I got the lesson learned of a more advanced book. This whole book made me laugh, and put me at ease, but also made me think about the lessons learned. Being sarcastic myself I loved how for the first time, academically I could read and enjoy Salinger and his work.

Word Of The Week 2

1. Four AM is his peak hour by the way.

I did not do anything interesting this summer due to my bulging belly, so I stayed in most of the Summer, baking...literally. It is going to be my birthday tomorrow and I will be 22 years young, and thus far have no plans to go out because honestly, I am still feeling the alcohol from last night's adventure downtown.

I am really repulsed by mayonnaise and seafood. Just aren't my foods of choice. But I do admit, I have a guilty sweet tooth, and my dental bill is proving it this year. As you can tell from the format of my blog so far, my mind is usually all over the place with different ideas spilling out all the time, but it can call for some good times.

I have probably the most interesting and rarest medical record in this classroom. I was blessed, or should I say cursed with a body that seems to get the really weird stuff that doctors can never really figure out, or when they do, it is something that is in the 95th percentile of actually happening. For example, I got bit by a spider one time that is apparently not supposed to even be in this area and isn't supposed to be that poisonous. But, this spider was a special spider and was carrying a poison that it caught from who knows what, and decided to inject me with it, causing my leg to swell from hip to knee cap. I'd go into details on what they had to do to fix that one but I'll leave the gushy stuff out.

For the boring stuff, I am a Senior this year...again due to the hell around us in this wonderful state school. I will always be hoping to graduate soon, but who really knows anymore. I plan to graduate with a degree in Public Relations and am still deciding on a Minor/Academic Focus. I am not really sure what I want to do with that degree anymore, I am finding myself wanting to work with kids more, especially now that I have one of my own, but not sure how that major will fit into that one, but hopefully things will work itself out, they always do.

Okay everybody, this is my last posting about my 3 favorite celebrity gossips of the week that I found the most interesting.
